3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Pack the shoes securely in the original box (to prevent damage in transit).
  3. Attach the prepaid return label (U.S. orders only).
  4. Drop off at the designated carrier location.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Your original payment method will be credited (excluding shipping costs).
