- Log in to your account at quincyshoes.com/returns or contact our Customer Service team.
- Pack the shoes securely in the original box (to prevent damage in transit).
- Attach the prepaid return label (U.S. orders only).
- Drop off at the designated carrier location.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Your original payment method will be credited (excluding shipping costs).
